REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, kindly send it back to us via the US Postal Service, using the included USPS pre-paid return label that came with your order.
We accept merchandise for return, provided it:
Is in new condition.
Has not been washed, worn, or altered.
Is accompanied by its original invoice, hang tags and labels.
Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Items returned after 14 days will receive store credit for the full amount of the original purchase.
All Customize-It and Sale items are final and not refundable.
